HOW TO DEAL WITH LOW SELF ESTEEM
At some point we as youngsters have had an issue with low self esteem also known as disesteem. Feeling that we are not good enough because of one thing or another.In this article we will be discussing on how to deal with low self-esteem.In order to overcome low self-esteem,it's necessary to note and break the cycle that keeps it going.Your thoughts,beliefs and opinions really matter when dealing with self-esteem.I'll use this common example that's usually referred to by most,when talking about some water in a glass,some will say it's half empty while others will refer to it being half full.It's important to set our mindset positively.This will greatly influence our thinking and judging to become more positively. We also have to understand another thing,not every one will like us,not because we are unlikeable or any other thing but because we can't impress everyone.This might come with unremarkable and nasty remarks about us from them and we see lots of these from the internet, cyber bullying is real but we should not take it to heart:It's up to us to create a thick skin and not let these comments affect us.At times we also don't feel comfy with what we posses,be it a part of our body,how our voice sounds, our looks among other things;we don't have to feel insecure about these,we should always bare in mind that what counts is one's personality so all you have to do is be good,do good and you'll surely deserve good.With this in mind you'll over come low self-esteem.
